Dear Students, Parents, Well-wishers and Visitors, It gives me immense pleasure to extend a warm welcome to all of you to Nutan Arts, Commerce and Science College, Rajapur, Tal. Sangamner, Dist. Ahilyanagar – an institution established in 2002 under the banner of Pragatik Shikshan Sanstha, Rajapur, with the noble vision of the late Comrade Hon. Shri. P.B. Shahane. For the past 23 years, this college has remained steadfast in its mission of providing affordable, value-based and quality higher education to the youth of rural and semi-urban areas, particularly to those belonging to economically weaker and socially underprivileged sections of society. Affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University and recognized by the Government of Maharashtra, the college has grown from strength to strength and today stands as a beacon of hope and opportunity for thousands of aspiring students. I am proud to share that in 2024, our college has been accredited with ‘B’ Grade (CGPA 2.16) by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), which is a testimony to our continuous efforts towards academic excellence, infrastructural development and holistic student growth. Spread over a serene 5-acre green campus, the college offers undergraduate programmes in Arts, Commerce and Science (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc.) along with a dedicated study centre of Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU), Nashik, ensuring that no deserving student is denied the light of education due to personal or financial constraints. Our college is well-equipped with science laboratories, a rich library, spacious classrooms, a modern auditorium, and an active NSS unit. The credit for whatever we have achieved goes to our visionary founder late Comrade Hon. Shri. P.B. Sahane, the relentless efforts of our principal, dedicated faculty, supportive non-teaching staff, cooperative parents, enthusiastic students and our distinguished alumni who continue to bring laurels to the institution. With this vision, we aim to foster global competencies, life skills, scientific temper, technical proficiency, and human values among our students.
